Payment Terms *

Deposit Payment (50%) – To secure your child’s spot, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit at this time. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the class. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. OR Full Payment (100%) – I choose to pay the full amount at the time of registration. Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee (deposit) will apply if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total and is due with the final payment.

I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and other marketing materials. Cancellation Policy: *

All sales are final and non-refundable. • You may reschedule your class up to 5 days before the scheduled start time. • No-shows will not be accommodated. • Giggles & Sprinkles is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including schedule conflicts, illnesses, or last-minute emergencies. Modification to the selected menu, guest headcount, add-ons are acceptable until 7 days prior to your event.
